Located within the prestigious Chelsea Barracks development, this opulent new-build apartment was designed for an international client returning for their third project with us. The brief was to create an interior that feels both elevated and inviting, a refined pied-à-terre offering the comfort of home with the sophistication of a boutique hotel.

Our FF&E design approach focused on complementing the architectural excellence of the development while celebrating the exclusivity of its setting. Every detail was considered to deliver a sense of quiet opulence and enduring style. Elegant wall coverings, exquisite lighting, and layered textures fuse together to create depth and atmosphere, while bespoke furniture pieces were designed exclusively for the client to ensure a completely unique finish.

The palette is dramatic yet luxurious, with tonal harmony and tactile richness defining each space. The result is a residence that feels intimate yet grand, perfectly balancing hotel-like comfort with the warmth of home; a truly timeless London retreat for when the client visits the UK.
